I don’t see the point of sitting through a movie, so I wrote a song about it. I hope I made my position clear.

I don’t have much of a sweet tooth, but here’s a little song for those who do.

A song about the free wine at gallery openings. There was originally a second chorus about the free wine once offered in Chinese restaurants, but the chorus was removed when the practice was abandoned.

I neglected to mention the last issue, what with getting The Doug Skinner Songbook out. That one is full of Skinner stuff: my musical instrument drawings, a short story called “The Cinematographer and the Megachiropteran,” and translation/adaptations of short Oulipian works by Raymond Queneau and Georges Perec. I have three (you can count them) pages of comics in the first issue of Dagger magazine. My contributions are “Cupid” and “How Pleasant to Know Mr. Skinner”; the magazine is a glossy production, too big for my scanner, edited by Don Jolly and Matt James. More info here.
